Only faulty items may be exchanged within 3 days. After 3 days, exchanges and returns are not possible.

Products that we shipped out and those that are flawed as a result of an error on our end (such sending the incorrect item) are both eligible for returns. The item(s) must be returned with the original receipt.

NOTICE: Everything, including the packing, must be in the same condition as when it was received.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know that we did so. You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

We’ll send you a New Product after your replacement has been processed and you’ve given your permission.

To claim any damage or missing products, we need a 360-degree unboxing video of the package; without the video, no replacement will be provided.

In the case that something was stolen or damaged during transit, we need the video in order to lodge a complaint with the courier provider.

(We only replace items that are defective, harmed, or the wrong one.)
